It's the 175th anniversary of Lebanon and Laclede County, Missouri!
Worth celebrating.
Worth contemplating.
Crossroads of the Ozarks, a project organized by photojournalist and Lebanon High School (LHS) art teacher Eric Adams, presents new history, essays, photography and art by LHS students, local community members, and New Territory publisher Tina Casagrand (LHS, 2008).
The New Territory Magazine, a nonprofit literary magazine, served as artist-in-residence.
Laughingwell Studio, a collaborator on the Crossroads of the Ozarks project, designed and painted the mural on this publication's inside cover. Lebanon High School (LHS) students, listed in the Table of Contents, painted the tiles forming the mural's border, under the instruction of the LHS Art Department.
Financial assistance has been provided by the Missouri Arts Council, a state agency.
Cover art by LHS Student Lillith Lucia.
